These terms govern your use of aihoursback.com and the courses, templates, and memberships sold by AI Hours Back (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using our products you agree to them.

1. Your license

When you buy a plan you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the course and templates for your own work. Team plans cover the number of seats purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the course materials.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party platforms (such as Gumroad, Payhip, or Whop), which may also handle sales tax and VAT. Their terms apply to the transaction.

3. Refunds

4. No guarantees of results

Our materials are educational. Time savings shown on this site are examples; your results depend on your role, tools, and effort. We make no promises about income, earnings, employment, or promotions.

5. Third-party tools

The course uses third-party AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We are not affiliated with these companies, and access to their products is not included. You are responsible for following their terms and your employer's policies, especially when handling confidential data.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
