Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Every paid plan is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund.

How it works

• Email hello@aihoursback.com within 30 days of purchase.
• Include the email address you used at checkout. You don't need to give a reason.
• We'll process the refund within 5 business days through the platform you paid on (e.g. Gumroad, Payhip, or Whop). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• You can keep the templates you downloaded.

Memberships

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and won't renew after cancellation. If you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of a renewal charge and we'll refund it.

Team plans

Team plans are refundable within 30 days as long as the custom training session hasn't taken place yet.
